We use a contactless payment system but we recommend electronic payment before your arrival. Please advise if you would like to make alternative payment arrangements in advance of your stay. Full prepayment will be processed on arrival.
Full welcome pack will be provided to you on arrival, and we assist you with a speedy check in for all guests
Express check out will be available for all guests
Our electronic Key Cards will be disinfected with medical-grade antimicrobial agent after each stay.

Thanks to the building structure around courtyards, our boutique hotel & apartments has a natural defence because of the open spaces, wide hallways and distances between the apartments.
Enjoy the comfort of a private apartment with your friends or family next door in their own space. A wide living room allows you to share special moments and experiences.
Furniture has been rearranged in lobbies and communal areas in such a way to allow you to enjoy our facilities with proper social distancing.
Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the hotel at every necessary location.
Signage will remain in place throughout our public areas to remind our guests to observe social distancing and hand washing.

The in-room breakfast, full kitchens, electronic keys, tea and coffee making facilities, give you security like at home.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces and touch points throughout our hotel. This includes door handles, remote controls and bathroom.

We can help you to organize your whole visit to Ecuador/Galapagos with private guides and transportation to avoid contact with other travellers you don´t know.
We work with professional drivers for transportation to or from the airport which guarantee all safety standards.
All your transportation needs can be carried out by drivers known by us who guarantee your safety.
